Jamie Grisham is the Lead Pastor of Compassion Church, located in Dickson, TN. Jamie has been pastoring for over 16 years. During his time as pastor, he has led local congregations in spiritual growth, as well as helped to consult and train other pastors to effectively reach their community and grow their churches.

Having experience in local church ministry with leading a church of 60 all the way to leading a church of 1400+, it has been a journey that has come with many leadership insights along the way. While there is still much more to learn, Jamie feels called to help as many churches and leaders as possible break growth barriers that will ultimately impact and grow the Kingdom of God
